Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bristol Cabot Circus, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues during busy periods

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas as needed

This role requires:

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service under pressure

- Digital confidence and ability to learn new systems

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and potential full-time hours during peak periods
