## Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of location strategy projects at Barclays. You will be responsible for identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation

- Develop business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations

- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions

- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions

- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget

- Create operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope

- Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation

**Assistant Vice President Expectations:**

- Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness

- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well-developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function

- Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes

**Requirements:**

- Strong communication skills

- Effective facilitation abilities

- Experience in chairing key meetings with senior stakeholders

- Understanding of PBWM Business and Products

- Knowledge of products such as Investments, Banking & Payments, and Lending across multiple jurisdictions

- Experience working in regulatory change to effectively produce Impact Assessments (IAs)

- Ability to be a flexible resource to support Regulatory Remediation & Change (RRC) deliveries

- Strong business analysis and project management skills to plan and coordinate the production of IAs

- Ability to digest and translate regulatory requirements into clear, presentable documents

- Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel

**Nice to Have:**

- Knowledge of Agile at Scale and experience using Jira

- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and take ownership of work

- Previous experience as a Project Manager would be advantageous
