## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Private Equity team as an intern. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities of scouting and executing private equity deals across various industries. Your responsibilities will include supporting deal origination, valuation, market analysis, due diligence processes, drafting presentations and information memoranda, deal structuring, and negotiations, as well as preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses.

**Learning Objectives:**

- Run financial modeling (business plan, DCF, LBO)

- Value data sets (trading comps and transaction comps)

- Learn about the legal aspects of investment contracts and deal structuring

**Requirements:**

- Excellent academic record with international experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, near completion of a Master's in Finance

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian

- Proficient in PC literacy

- Highly motivated and a proactive team worker

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a solid finance and accounting background

**Internship Details:**

- Start Date: 1st January 2027

- Duration: 6 months
