## Description

As a Master of Surface Coating at our Kempten site, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to drive our shared success.

Your role will involve:

- Leading production, including wastewater treatment plants, in the surface coating area

- Being responsible for occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality (IATF-certified area)

- Fine planning of production facilities and personnel

- Optimizing workflows and shaping the future of the department through project work

- Creating and maintaining required documentation with your team

- Conducting employee training and interviews

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Completed technical vocational training with completed master training as a chemical or industrial master

- Experience as a leader in a comparable position

- Experience in organizing maintenance activities, conducting standardization/digitalization

- Leadership competence, decision-making, and delegation ability

- Pronounced communication strength and team ability

- Flexible, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style

The following additional knowledge is beneficial:

- Digitalization of processes and production sequences

- Very good technical understanding and experience in project work (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)

- Safe handling of MS Office, SAP
