## Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in the Theatre department at Runnymede Hospital. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering safe and effective care across the theatre department, supporting patients throughout their surgical pathway. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing theatres for procedures, including equipment checks and stock preparation

- Engaging with patients in a respectful, dignified, and empathetic manner

- Communicating effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team

- Maintaining a high standard of personal conduct and clinical care

Applicants should have previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare support role, good verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to undertake training and competency development in theatre-specific care.
