## Description

We are looking for a Senior Service Repair Supply Chain Engineer to join our Transformation and Enablement Team. The team is responsible for driving transformational evolution of our Service and Repair processes, systems, and tools to enhance supply chain performance. As a key lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhancements.

Your primary responsibilities will include: Transforming our Service Supply Chain operating model to become predictive and proactive, driving increased levels of customer satisfaction. Driving incremental performance in our business processes, systems, and tools to enable operational efficiency, visibility, and prompt business decisions. Developing and maturing how we track and measure our success via level 1-3 KPIs. Standardizing business processes, systems, and tools to mirror mass production operations business operating model across our global partner ecosystem. Innovating and building industry best solutions aimed at operational efficiency, speed, and scale. Assisting in logistics, repairs, and service partner selection and site onboarding. Digitizing how we operate, track, manage, and measure success. Acting as a critical enabler of transformation through our Supply Chain Business Transformation and IT Teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain, with equivalent experience considered. 8+ years of hands-on operations experience managing technology. Service Supply Chain, repair, refurbishment, or production environments. Proven experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA board systems, Data Center manufacturing, and related engineering environments. Established record of managing daily factory performance, tracking critical metrics, and ensuring vendor accountability. Strong understanding of OEM server, PCBA, and system test processes. Experience working with manufacturing shop floor control, manufacturing assembly and test, as well as business systems. Experience implementing process improvements, capacity planning, and inventory control systems at repair or manufacturing facilities. Experience in data governance, digitization, advanced analytics, and dashboarding to drive operational improvements. Data-driven decision maker with excellent problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
