## Description

Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative II to join their team in Phoenix. As an Account Development Representative, you will be at the front of Samsara's go-to-market strategy, hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Samsara's full line of products.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop enterprise technology sales skills and advance their careers. You will work closely with top-tier executives and see firsthand how sales organizations succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Make 50 cold calls a day

- Map enterprise accounts and build demand for Samsara's products

- Work closely with top-tier executives

- Develop enterprise technology sales skills

Requirements:

- Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day

- At least 6 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability

- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation

Ideal candidate:

- Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with teammates and in the selling process

- 6 months experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo

- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into day-to-day operations

Compensation:

- Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $54,621 - $73,400 USD
