## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Clemmons Med Plz.

The successful candidate will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing sound professional judgment in interpreting evaluation results and establishing treatment plans

- Maintaining accurate patient documentation and completing written patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes

- Meeting department financial and productivity standards

- Participating in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services

- Promoting professional development and education of other healthcare workers

- Supervising physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students

- Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

- Providing age/developmentally specific patient care

- Adhering to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina with current licensure

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- CPR certification required every two years
