## Description

The Customer Engagement Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for Polestar. As a member of the Customer Engagement team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

- Making outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will receive thorough training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Language proficiency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English is required, as well as experience in customer service.
