## Description

Squishable is seeking a Retail Stock Lead to join their team at the Mall of America location.

As a Stock Lead at Squishable, you will be responsible for ensuring the back-of-house stock room is clean, organized, and running efficiently. You will support the sales floor by implementing effective replenishment practices, making sure products are easily accessible, and communicating with the sales team and Store Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a clean and organized stock room

- Supporting the sales team with back-of-house functions

- Planning and scheduling shipments

- Performing opening and closing duties as needed

- Adhering to company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

- 2+ years of retail experience

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong time-management and attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 50 lbs

- Ability to stand for long periods

- Must be 18 or older
