## Description

As a Sales Strategy & Operations team at Pinterest, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth with data-driven strategic insights and decision making.

You will report to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for North America Enterprise Sales and develop data-driven strategies to accelerate growth in the Tech, Telco, and Entertainment business segment.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to define and deploy strategic initiatives to increase revenue and sales productivity

- Inform decision making on Sales priorities with quantitative and qualitative insights

- Lead ongoing analysis of the business to identify opportunities, risks, and gaps

- Present complex insights and recommended solutions

- Structure and execute projects using AI tooling for data analysis and insight generation

- Standardize and automate workflows using AI tooling

- Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product & Engineering, and Client Solutions

Requirements:

- 7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations

- Direct experience in digital ad sales strategy & operations preferred

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Proficiency working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear insights

- Proven ability to drive impact in a complex environment

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- AI native / AI first instincts

- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau is a plus
