## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Billing Operations to support manual billing operations across Services business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness in both internal and external billing communications.

The successful candidate will manage billing processes across the business, including corrections and adjustments. They will provide billing support to internal stakeholders to resolve account and invoice issues, including contract review and billing summaries as necessary. Additionally, they will support reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys solving problems, and improving processes to make work more efficient. They should have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable working with data and backend systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage billing processes across the business, including corrections and adjustments

- Provide billing support to internal stakeholders to resolve account and invoice issues

- Support reconciliation of billing data across systems to ensure consistency and compliance

- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work using available suite of tools, and document ongoing process improvements

Requirements:

- Preferred BA or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations

- Familiarity with billing workflows and correction processes

- Experience supporting internal stakeholders and external customers with billing-related inquiries

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
