## Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients. As a Payments Consulting & Implementation Manager, you will bridge strategic ambition and real-world execution, helping leading clients turn complex payment transformations into practical, scalable solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and execute high-quality change initiatives from current state to target solution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Visa, client, and third-party resources, providing clear visibility into progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

- Actively engage and manage key stakeholders.

- Ensure collaboration and integration within change initiatives.

- Understand and support the realisation of clients' business objectives, needs, and plans.

- Support commercial efforts by identifying opportunities, positioning Visa solutions, creating client value, and supporting sales efforts.

- Identify opportunities for improvements in ways of working.

- Provide thought leadership and contribute to projects shaping the future of payments and retail banking.

- Coordinate with Visa Hub teams to provide support, additional information, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Understanding of card and payment products and the wider payments ecosystem.

- Strong interest in digital payment innovation and emerging technologies, and their potential applications across the payments ecosystem.

- A proactive, hands-on doer with a solution-oriented and results-driven mindset, focused on turning ideas into action and delivering measurable outcomes.

- A management consulting background, with a strong ability to position services effectively, build client trust, and support commercial development.

- Relevant management consulting experience within payments or financial services, with a proven ability to lead complex business and technology projects end to end.

- Previous experience liaising between the business and the technical teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders including at senior executive levels.

- Ability to manage project dependencies and project associated risks.

- Experience in transformation and business readiness.

- Ability to manage and support project team members (Visa and client).

- Proven experience of delivery techniques, methodologies, and best practices (Waterfall and Agile).

- Fluent in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage.
