Responsibilities

- Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Klienten auf Top-Managementebene bei der Gestaltung innovativer Produktlaunchkonzepte, Technologiestrategien im Softwareumfeld sowie der End-to-End Transformation von gesamten Automobil-Ökosystemen
- Durchführung von Analysen und Erarbeitung von kundenspezifischen Konzepten
- Gemeinsame Implementierung der Konzepte mit dem Kunden zur Sicherstellung der kosten- und termingerechten Einführung technisch hochkomplexer Produkte
- Führung von crossfunktionalen (Teil-) Projektteams unter enger Einbindung des Kunden
- Unterstützung bei der Akquise von Beratungsprojekten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Beratungsprodukten/-methoden sowie Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von branchenrelevanten Publikationen

What you need

- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise ergänzt durch MBA oder Promotion
- Berufserfahrung in einer renommierten Beratung
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Beratungsprodukten/-methoden sowie Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von branchenrelevanten Publikationen
- Großes Interesse an Trends und neuen Technologien
- Sehr gute Analysefähigkeit sowie konzeptionelle Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Strukturierte und professionelle Arbeitsweise
- Eine offene, kommunikative, teamorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland
