## Description

Mastercard is seeking a talented User Experience Design Subject Matter Expert to support the evolution of its enterprise Product Onboarding Strategy.

The Director, Product Experience Design will work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to design and refine onboarding experiences across key capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver user experiences across Product Onboarding capabilities

- Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys

- Partner with Product Managers, TPMs, and Engineering teams to support design efforts from concept through delivery

- Contribute to requirements through user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience outcomes

- Apply and extend existing design patterns, frameworks, and standards

- Incorporate customer and user feedback into design decisions

- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis

- Contribute to design quality and governance

Requirements:

- Solid experience designing user experiences for digital products or platforms

- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs

- Strong understanding of usability principles and human-centered design approaches

- Experience delivering end-to-end design solutions for features or mid-sized initiatives

- Proven ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale
