## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Springs Leeds Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of providing exceptional customer service.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll work early mornings, 3 days a week, from 04:00 to 12:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, resilient, and committed to delivering remarkable service. You'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods.
