We are looking for full-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Kragujevac!

### Responsibilities

- Support customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone.

- Ensure smooth delivery operations.

- Develop the support function with the support team and other teams within Wolt.

### Requirements

- Great communication skills with a personal touch, customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.

- Comfortable working hybrid (in the office several days a week).

- Ability to work in shifts (mornings, evenings, and weekends).

- Fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in Serbian and professionally proficient in English.
