## Description

We're seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to guide customers through solution delivery and deployment lifecycles, partnering with Workday leadership, consultants, and resource management. You'll be the Workday leader responsible for managing the customer experience through deployments.

**About the Role** The Principal Engagement Manager will be an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, managing large to complex global deployments. They'll use their broad expertise to resolve multiple complex issues creatively and effectively, and provide internal recommendations to management on enhancing the Workday Deployment Methodology.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage large to complex global deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology

- Resolve multiple complex issues in creative and effective ways

- Provide internal recommendations to management on enhancing the Workday Deployment Methodology

- Support executive-level expectations

**Requirements**

- 8+ years of managing complex HCM and/or ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Financials/HCM or Payroll

- 3+ years deploying Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ultimate Kronos, or similar software

- Prior experience working for a professional services consulting firm or supporting HCM/ERP implementations within the customer

- Previous experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)

- Strong ability to support HR transformation and organizational change management initiatives
