## What you'll do

- Build, manage, and maintain rotas for Customer Support and Compliance teams across multiple locations and time zones.

- Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

## What you need

- At least 2 years of experience coordinating rotas for Customer Support and/or Compliance teams.
