## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our South Bend location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop treatment plans

- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and stretches

- Work with patients to help them achieve their goals
