## Job Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Intercom. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the development of our AI-powered customer service platform.

## About the Role

- Lead a team of engineers and drive the development of our AI-powered customer service platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products

- Develop and execute technical strategies to improve the quality and reliability of our platform

- Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow in their careers

## What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role

- Strong technical skills in areas such as machine learning, data science, and software engineering

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
