## Description

As a Machine Operator (m/w/*) Coating at our Hilden site, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to drive our shared success.

Your tasks will include:

- Independently setting up and operating complex coating systems.

- Supporting maintenance, cleaning, and repair work, as well as troubleshooting, while adhering to time constraints.

- Conducting quality checks during production to ensure our quality standards are met.

- Reporting via MES/SAP, ACCESS-DB (shift reporting), control cards, RUN cards, etc., and actively contributing to continuous improvements in plant performance.

- Being willing to work in shift operations.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- A completed technical vocational training, ideally as a chemical technician, industrial mechanic, or machine and plant operator (m/w/*).

- Relevant professional experience in production, preferably in the coating sector.

- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.) and proficiency in German in writing and speaking.

Additional knowledge that would be beneficial:

- Additional knowledge of SAP/MES (deployment, output, times, material orders, maintenance notifications, etc.).

- Willingness to take responsibility for Lean/5S processes.

- The ability to structure learned knowledge and pass it on to new employees.
