## Description

We are seeking a strategic finance expert to join our team as a key member of our finance department. You will own financial analyses that underpin major R&D initiatives around Anduril as well as existing products and businesses. Your work will involve partnering with leadership and teams from across the business to translate engineering problems into quantitative measures and partial solutions, with a financial lens.

Key responsibilities will include owning projects end-to-end, from definition, solution, to implementation, executing scrappy analyses on short timelines to get answers quickly, project managing across multiple stakeholders, and working across functions to learn Anduril's business top-to-bottom.

You will build P&L models for different products, business lines, divisions, and acquisitions, create novel financial frameworks for thinking through operational decisions, establish transparency into material cost for existing and future Anduril products, and build financial models that help set material cost targets for different products.

Requirements include 1-2+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or in a finance role at a high growth hardware company, a strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts, and an ability to quantify complex often ambiguous problems.

You will be comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work, and will enjoy working at a place where no one minds if you leave early one day to go to an appointment or run an errand, but you also don’t mind responding to Slacks in the evening while you’re watching Netflix.

Salary range: $98,000-$130,000 USD.
