## Description

We are seeking a Senior Director, Software Engineering to lead the Data Experience, Feeds, and Reporting Development team. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to advance the commercial platform's vision. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with product, SRE, and Client Services teams to drive the business and technical roadmap

- Accurately scoping efforts, identifying risks, and communicating trade-offs with team members and stakeholders

- Delivering high-quality products and features, managing the process from idea to final delivery

- Bringing in the best architecture and building highly available and scalable applications

- Leading the development and testing of automation frameworks and contributing to core product code

- Communicating status updates, issues, and potential risks promptly and accurately

- Identifying opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards, best practices, and development methodologies

You will be required to have at least 3 days in the office, with expectations confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 12+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree OR 15+ years of relevant work experience

- Experience in leading software engineering teams in the development and delivery of complex applications

- Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Experience in agile methodologies and continuous integration practices

- Experience in risk assessment, effort scoping, and stakeholder communication

- Experience in automation frameworks and core product code contribution
