## Description

As a Customer and Trading Manager - Convenience at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will play a key role in leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business performance.

The salary for this position ranges from £31,700 pro rata, dependent on experience, store size, complexity, and location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Work closely with a small team of managers to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, often being the only manager present.

- Collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.

- Manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure accurate scheduling and pay.

- Provide support to other convenience stores in the network as needed.

**Requirements:**

- Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and coaching colleagues.

- Ability to manage disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations.

- Experience in leading operations and making decisions independently.
