## Description

The Senior Specialist, Strategic Deployment & Transformation Roadmap is a highly strategic individual contributor responsible for driving the deployment plan and executive alignment for Ford's Lean Product Development (LPD) business transformation.

This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a prime consultant to executive management. The successful candidate will construct the overarching business case, orchestrate global stakeholder alignment, and lead pivotal conversations with Senior Leaders. They will translate complex transformation capabilities into compelling, data-driven executive narratives that secure leadership commitment and drive enterprise-wide adoption.

## Responsibilities

- Lead conversations and facilitate high-impact socialization sessions with Senior Leaders and global stakeholders.

- Navigate organizational resistance, anticipate executive questions, and secure cross-functional commitment to the Lean PD approach.

- Govern the end-to-end executive filing process, coordinating and synthesizing complex content from diverse technical and business teams.

- Design and build premier executive-level presentations that translate abstract technical capabilities into clear demonstrations of alignment with the company's forward-looking strategy.

- Conduct comprehensive business case modeling that reflects the potential ROI, cost savings, and revenue enablers of the transformation project.

- Track and report transformation impacts against the corporate income statement, ensuring deployment roadmaps are tied to financial targets and value realization metrics.

- Architect cohesive 'strategic bundles' of capabilities, processes, and tools that enable the incremental and successful deployment of the Live Product Definition solution.

- Act as the central integration point across global regions, ensuring localized execution plans align with the overarching enterprise LPD deployment strategy.

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.

- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, large-scale program management, or organizational design.

- Demonstrated courage and ability to challenge the status quo, overcome organizational inertia, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional business presentation skills and mastery of data-driven storytelling.

- Deep understanding of corporate finance principles, income statements, and enterprise strategy.

- Highly resilient and capable of operating effectively in ambiguous environments.

- Demonstrated capability to work independently, exercising significant latitude and ingenuity.
