## Description

We are seeking an Early Career - Building Technology Systems to join our team in Arlington, VA.

This role involves working on high-profile projects, providing local technical assistance for smart building projects, and assisting with research, design, and installation of intelligent technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with collecting and analyzing data from physical work sites, surveys, and technical drawings.

- Perform basic professional building technology work, including conducting research and inspections of site conditions and systems.

- Provide entry-level technical assistance on design requirements, load calculations, and operating strategies.

- Assist with verifying site characteristics and providing technical assistance on smart building design and integration issues.

- Generate accurate and concise documentation and specifications.

- Comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.

- 0-1 year of relevant post-education experience.

- Excellent research and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with smart building design and technology.

- Competent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient self-leadership and multi-tasking abilities.

- Basic proficiency with technical writing and office automation software.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Design experience related to audiovisual, electronic security, or structured cabling.

- Revit experience.

- Prior internship experience in a related field.
