## Description

We are seeking a creative and independent Product Engineer in Hsinchu, Taiwan. As a Product Development Engineer at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in transferring GPU gaming and compute products from design engineering to mass production.

Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes for state-of-the-art GPU chips as part of the Operations Engineering team.

- Identify and implement test processes to improve manufacturing efficiency for the latest GPU architectures.

- Analyze product yield limiters and drive resolution of failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).

- Define product test requirements and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) bring-up, validation, and characterization.

- Optimize test coverage across the test and supply chain to reduce cost and production waste.

Requirements:

- Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics with 2+ years of experience.

- Experience in post-silicon characterization, correlation, qualification, and debug.

- Knowledge of ATE testing, DFT methodology, and CMOS device physics.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, with methodical problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

- Understanding of DFT insertion techniques, including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.

- Familiarity with data analytic tools, such as O+/JMP, and programming languages like Python or Java.

- Experience with ATE test programs, test systems, and hardware.
