## Description

We are seeking a Marketing and Market Research professional to join our team in Shanghai, China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing brand strategies and annual plans, as well as online and offline brand marketing activity plans

- Implementing brand marketing activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute and follow up on various product market projects

- Collecting and analysing market information related to the brand, providing constructive solutions

- Analysing business data for the assigned brand, identifying potential opportunities, and providing clear guidance to the sales team

- Supporting the company's innovation initiatives, proactively exploring new opportunities and methods

- Completing other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with English communication skills; consulting background preferred

- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the retail pharmaceutical industry; experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, OTC, or large health companies is a plus

- Good Chinese and English expression, writing, and office software operation skills; excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry channel brand operations, understanding industry trends and dynamics, with good commercial sensitivity and brand management knowledge; strong planning and execution abilities

- Strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and learning ability; able to adapt to frequent travel
