## Description

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager - North America at Cricut, you will own advertising, merchandising, digital shelf excellence, and strategic partner relationships for key ecommerce marketplaces in the US & CA, generating profitable sales growth, market share expansion, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advertising - Management: Drive the strategy and lead execution of advertising on Amazon (and potentially other marketplaces) to drive incremental growth and efficiency. Develop full-funnel retail media strategies leveraging search, DSP, video, and emerging marketplace advertising solutions.

- Budget Management: Plan and optimize monthly budgets, ensuring spend aligns with seasonal peaks and product launches as well as category allocation strategy. Monitor performance metrics including total sales & traffic, ROAS, TACOS, new-to-brand metrics, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion rate, traffic share, and market share to inform investment decisions.

- Analytics & Tools: Monitor KPIs to refine bidding strategies and keyword targeting. Use tools like Xnurta and Stackline to optimize.

- Continuous Optimization: Identify testing opportunities and out-of-the-box solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Merchandising & Content - Listing and Brand Excellence: Oversee the setup and optimization of product listings, focusing on SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and consistent, high-quality imagery. Use A+ content and brand stores to tell a cohesive brand story.

- Promotional Calendar Alignment: Drive marketplace readiness and execution for key commercial events including Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday, and other seasonal campaigns.

- Relationship Management - Platform Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for e-tailer ad representatives. Liaise with retail account contacts as needed.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales & cross-functional teams to align demand generation activity with promotions, product availability, etc.

- Scheduled & Ad Hoc Presentations: Lead quarterly business reviews and performance discussions with internal and external partners; develop business cases for incremental investments and resource allocation to support accelerated growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Advertising, retail media, or ecommerce growth businesses

- Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, retail media, and marketplace performance management

- Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Stackline, Xnurta, Helium 10, or comparable ecommerce analytics platforms

- Strategic thinking skills with hands-on execution capability and a bias for action; proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive market share gains

- Strong analytical capabilities with experience transforming complex data into actionable business recommendations; advanced knowledge of ecommerce KPIs

- Financial acumen and budget management experience

- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; experience managing partner relationships and influencing internal stakeholders
