Job Description:

We are seeking a Seasonal Temporary Production Assistant to join our team at Lush in Poole. As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us create our fresh, vegan and vegetarian beauty products.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including pressing, pouring, picking, packing, shaping, filling, labelling and wrapping products. You will also be required to wear suitable PPE and stand throughout your working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pressing - This involves pressing powders and mixes by hand to achieve stunning results

- Pouring - This involves pouring soaps and massage bars into moulds

- Picking - This involves picking customer orders and exquisite gifts

- Packing - This involves packing gift boxes and finished bath bombs

- Shaping - This involves shaping products by hand to create intricate designs

- Filling - This involves filling pots and bottles with different products

- Labelling - This involves labelling products with machine or hand-placed labels

- Wrapping & Ribboning - This involves wrapping and tagging products with a keen eye and nimble fingers

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
