## Description

We are seeking a Principal Investigator, Immunology, Bioanalysis, to join our Clinical Research team in Québec.

As a Principal Investigator, you will be responsible for leading bioanalytical projects and teams, ensuring high-quality results, and meeting client needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, organise, manage, and monitor activities within your area of expertise to achieve expected results

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, scientists, and clients

- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality

- Manage project budgets and ensure revenue recognition

- Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners

- Represent the organisation externally and internally, providing technical expertise and guidance

- Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, and respond to findings

Requirements:

- Experience in managing technical and scientific personnel

- Demonstrated leadership, service management, and strategic thinking skills

- Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice guidelines, EMA regulations, and other relevant requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in contract laboratory settings or pharmaceutical companies

- Problem-solving skills, with ability to influence and persuade others

- Availability for travel (approximately 5%)

- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and contract research organisations

- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, with ability to communicate orally and in writing on technical subjects
