## Description

Figma's AI Insights team is hiring a Product Builder to create internal AI products that help Figmates understand customers and their needs. You will report to Noam Segal, Director of AI Insights.

Responsibilities:

- Identify areas where Figmates need better customer understanding and design internal products to address these gaps

- Build and ship internal products using AI tools, owning the work from concept to launch and continued use

- Define a high-quality bar for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability, and build evaluations to verify improvements

- Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption

- Measure the effectiveness of products in improving customer understanding

Requirements:

- Exceptional design craft through a background in UX or product design

- Experience building and shipping impactful products using AI tools

- Deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools

- Strong product judgment to identify unmet user needs and make thoughtful tradeoffs

Nice to Have:

- Academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction

- Track record in customer research or building research platforms and tools

- Experience aligning teams around product priorities and communicating a clear point of view

- Familiarity with Figma's products
