## Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Solutions Delivery Team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, collaborating with partners and teams, and driving improvements for internal monitoring, reporting, and operational tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively scope technical solutions required to address customer requirements

- Coordinate with sales, sales support, and delivery teams to align solution design with customers' business requirements

- Secure technical resource commitments from customers

- Lead and drive partner integration from analysis to go-live and post-delivery monitoring

- Support existing partners with daily challenges and expansion plans

- Provide solutions and contribute to proof of concepts for special projects

- Drive improvements for internal monitoring, reporting, and operational tools and processes

- Provide training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills

Requirements:

- Prior experience in technical project management (API/Integrations) or solutions delivery role with external stakeholders

- Experience in a B2B company supporting partners on technical solutions or services

- Experience working in the Fintech and/or Payment Industry

- Experience working with APIs over IP (REST, Web Services, …)

- Experience working in an Agile environment – Jira management is a plus

- Strong customer-focused and result-oriented mindset

- Independent and proactive with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues
