## Description

We are seeking a skilled GP Practice Nurse to join our team at Chase Cross Medical Centre in Romford, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general nursing services, childhood immunizations, cervical smears, and contributing to patient health by running and managing clinics for conditions such as vaccination and insulin injections.

The role involves:

- Providing general nursing services, childhood immunizations, and cervical smears

- Running and managing clinics for conditions such as vaccination and insulin injections

- Engaging in patient education, offering advice and guidance on health topics

- Chronic disease management, including asthma, COPD, diabetes, and all QOF and LIS

Requirements:

- Valid NMC Registration

- Minimum of 6 months experience as a practice nurse

- Right to work within the UK

- Commitment to evidence-based practice

- Trained on EMIS Web, willing to provide a refresh if needed

We offer a part-time, permanent contract with a salary depending on experience.
