## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Patient Health Care Navigator to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, a growing organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services. You will be based in our GP surgery in Greenwich and be responsible for providing a high-quality and efficient administration service, handling inbound and outbound patient calls. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a friendly and supportive environment. You will also support the clinical and management teams to deliver the best care and provide NHS Primary Medical Services.
