**Job Summary:** Develop strong personal and collaborative relationships to manage a book of business, achieving customer satisfaction, member retention, and cross-sale objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure case renewal and retention

- Identify concerns and develop mitigation strategies to retain customers

- Collaborate with account teams and functional support areas to address complex product or service issues

- Offer creative product and service solutions to meet client's evolving needs

- Monitor client's product lines and services to ensure customer satisfaction

- Provide broker support and education on key differentiators

- Review and present customer reporting with meaningful analytics and recommendations

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience

- Multi-functional experience in account management, sales, or commercial roles

- Experience making formal presentations

- Active Health Insurance Resident State producer License

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
