## Description

Respawn Entertainment, part of Electronic Arts, is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their Studio Operations team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimising outsourcing and external vendor operational workflows across game development teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage outsourcing vendor contracts, work orders, and financial processing

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Legal, IT, Finance, and Service Delivery

- Ensure seamless and efficient vendor contract execution, invoice processing, and IT environment setup

- Develop and maintain streamlined operating procedures for vendor management

- Implement automated monitoring systems and tracking dashboards

- Identify areas for process improvement and propose scalable solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

- 2-4 years of operational, administrative, or project coordination experience in the video game development, entertainment, software, or technology industries

- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, purchase order generation, invoice processing, and financial approval workflows

- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams

- Experience using enterprise management, task-tracking, and procurement tools

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
