## Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Centre of Excellence Manager to lead our AP COE in supporting all businesses in the region. You will manage the AP COE to provide a quality and cost-effective service for AP deliverables outsourced to Malaysia.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the design and execution of the AP COE, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve COE objectives

- Implementing AP COE Key Performance/Control Indicators, reporting on KPIs/KCIs to determine COE effectiveness and service levels

- Serving as a point of accountability for the AP COE, ensuring service levels are met and operational metrics trend positively

- Providing oversight of Accounts Payable deliverables undertaken in Malaysia

- Ensuring processes and standards align with best practices, enforcing operational discipline through documentation

- Driving operational efficiencies through process automation and standardization

- Supporting the regional Deputy CFO with strategy, priorities, and team management

- Managing the AP COE team, fostering professional development through goal setting, coaching, training, and mentoring

- Identifying high-performing individuals and providing career paths and development opportunities
