Join our team as a Supplier Quality Development Specialist and contribute to making motorsport history. As a key member of the Audi Revolut F1 Team, you will be responsible for developing suppliers to ensure high-quality standards. Your mission will involve building a stable network with key suppliers, conducting audits, negotiating quality agreements, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, analyzing quality data, and creating reports. If you have a strong background in mechanical engineering, quality management, and data analysis, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Develop suppliers to ensure high-quality standards

- Build a stable network with key suppliers

- Conduct audits and negotiate quality agreements

- Identify opportunities for improvement in supplier processes

- Monitor supplier performance and analyze quality data

- Create reports to track supplier performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Completion of an audit training program is desirable

- Proven experience as a quality specialist in supplier quality

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data analysis tools, particularly Power BI

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

- Fluency in English and German
