## Description

We are seeking a Senior SPM Solution Engineer to join our Sales Performance Management (SPM) team. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to drive growth and help build solutions that impact our customers' businesses. You will also act as an evangelist for SPM to internal stakeholders, creating collaboration strategies to enable a team-selling environment and drive scale.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Account Executives to understand customers' unique business goals and challenges

- Present executive-level product demonstrations to key stakeholders

- Establish technical credibility and professional rapport with client account stakeholders

- Create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking

- Execute enablement activities for customers and internal peers

- Actively enable the broader Solution Engineering team and cross-functional distribution

- Become an expert in all SPM applications and maintain high proficiency in the Salesforce platform

- Routinely engage with sales and product development teams to provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related industry

- Prior experience using Salesforce as a power user or admin

- Salesforce certifications a plus

- Previous experience working with enterprise-level clients in a pre-sales or solution engineering capacity

- Excellent speaking and presentation skills

- Superb writing skills and experience with internal and external communications

- Strong time management skills

- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

- Business acumen with experience transforming business processes to attain business goals
