## Description

Capital One's Executive Recruiting team partners with senior leadership to identify and recruit transformative executive talent.

As a Manager of Research & Talent Insights, you will be the strategic engine of the search process, architecting the map of the competitive landscape and translating complex market data into actionable executive hiring strategies.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for:

- Initial market segmentation and exhaustive talent mapping

- Strategic engagement of passive executive prospects

- Providing data-driven insights to Recruiters, HRBPs, and Business Leaders

**Key Responsibilities**

- Execute exhaustive talent mappings for niche executive roles

- Act as a subject matter expert on competitor organisational design, compensation trends, and talent movements

- Build bench strength for future leadership needs

- Draft bespoke outreach strategies for passive executives

- Continuously refine Capital One's research toolkit

**What You'll Need to be Successful**

**Basic Qualifications**

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 5 years of experience in executive research, talent and market intelligence, talent acquisition, human resources or a combination

**Preferred Qualifications**

- 7+ years of experience in an elite executive search firm or sophisticated in-house executive research function

- Proven track record of delivering talent maps for complex functional areas

- Experience using data visualization tools to present talent landscapes

- Experience leading initiatives to optimise research workflows or implementing new talent intelligence technologies
