## Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to manage end-to-end AP processes for high-volume or complex accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee AP processes for complex accounts

- Review and approve junior team members' invoice entries and payment proposals

- Resolve escalated vendor disputes and complex discrepancies

- Lead AP activities during month-end and quarter-end close

- Prepare and analyse AP performance reports

- Ensure compliance with SOX/controls and provide input to Vendor Master Data processes

- Execute payment runs and support audits

- Identify process improvements and drive automation opportunities

- Provide training and coaching to junior staff

Requirements:

- College degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of professional experience

- 2+ years of leadership experience

- Professional English and communicative German

- Experience with IFRS and SAP

- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word

- Analytical, decision-making, and people management skills

- Willingness to travel abroad
