## Description

We are seeking a Business Director to lead our AI/ML Product Strategy & Operations team at Capital One. The successful candidate will drive strategy, operational cadences, and capabilities that enable associates to build, train, deploy, and scale Models and Generative/Agentic AI applications across the business.

The ideal candidate will have analytical and strategic leadership skills, strong product intuition, and proven expertise in establishing product operations practices. They will bring deep domain expertise in AI/ML technologies, emerging infrastructure, and autonomous multi-agent systems for Generative AI development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success

- Leading a team of analysts and providing coaching and mentoring

- Defining product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and operational frameworks

- Advocating for internal users to streamline workflows and accelerate the adoption of Generative and Agentic AI solutions

- Establishing end-to-end product operations mechanisms and strategic planning processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis

- At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis

- At least 2 years of experience performing people management

- At least 2 years of experience performing project management

Preferred qualifications:

- Master's degree

- 2+ years of experience in financial services

- 1+ year of experience in consulting
