## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Dulwich Simply Food store. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Ensuring the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers

- Working flexibly across the store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be:

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands

- Digitally confident and able to use digital tools effectively

- A team player with excellent communication skills

In terms of work pattern, you'll be required to work:

- Monday 14:00-18:00

- Tuesday 14:00-18:00

- Saturday 14:00-18:00

Please note that due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
