## Description

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business. Your primary responsibility will be to evangelize our product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across our Mid-Market segment. You will manage the full sales cycle for Intercom’s Mid Market customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach. You will provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving products and processes. You will create your own demonstrations, tailored to client needs. You will engage in team development and mentoring. You will represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including Marketing and Product. You will contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business, pioneering new best practices and driving projects to up level the team.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years experience as an Account Executive, 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products, strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota, exceptional written and verbal communication, fluent German (Business Level), and ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
