## Description

As Lead Transportation Planning in the Operations Support department, you will be responsible for all packages leaving the warehouse.

You will work in the operational control room of Coolblue, a rapidly growing department. Your tasks will include:

- Motivating, coaching, and directing your team of planners.

- Managing incidents, keeping stakeholders informed, and providing operational direction.

- Creating clear periodic reports and overviews to achieve optimal loading rates.

- Making independent, well-considered choices to get the best out of Coolblue's operational network.

- Developing and implementing new processes.

Requirements:

- HBO or WO level of education.

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

- At least 1 year of leadership experience and a drive to improve others.

- Good communication skills at various levels.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Availability of 40 hours per week and willingness to work flexibly.
