## Description

We are seeking a Group Safety Analyst to join our team in London. You will be responsible for providing accurate and in-depth data analysis to support decision making by the prison group director. Your main duties will include:

- Providing support and guidance to establishment-based Safer Custody Analysts

- Developing and maintaining data analysis tools

- Designing, operating, and updating reporting systems and databases

- Producing complex strategic reports

- Regularly attending establishment safer custody meetings

- Providing advice and support to the committee

As a Group Safety Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing the safer custody intelligence picture on a range of threats impacting on each establishment and the Group as a whole. You will contribute towards the development of establishment policy, procedures, and practice and ensure consistency of application.
