## Description

As a Team Leader at Asda Living Wakefield Trinity, you'll lead the day-to-day running of your department, supporting colleagues and ensuring customers receive excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead by example, demonstrating customer focus, supportive behaviour, and organisational skills

- Manage stock, support new starters, and solve problems on the shop floor

- Collaborate with your manager to deliver high standards and maintain team motivation

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment

- Willingness to take on responsibility and support others

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
