## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) at Heathfield Schools' Partnership. As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver high-quality support and interventions, and potentially cover and lead class teaching depending on your experience.

Heathfield Schools' Partnership is a federated Infant and Junior school that prioritizes the well-being and success of every child. We take pride in our support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), led by a dedicated team of experienced Teaching Assistants.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- GCSE English and Maths (grade 4 or above) or equivalent

- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication and organization skills

- Caring and inclusive attitude towards pupils, parents, and staff

- High standard of literacy and numeracy

- ICT skills to manage the requirements of the post with confidence

- Good practical skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to participate in training and personal development
